How does this perform outdoors? I'm looking to put this down on concrete and wondering how the rain and the cold overnight would affect it?

It isn't a thick mat so would work on grass but not on concrete. I wouldn't leave it outside as I think it would be damaged easily by any harsh weather and it would also become slippy if used when raining. It is a great mat indoors and I would use on grass but would then store inside.

Can i put heavy weight lifting equipment on these? And is it non slip on carpet?

I put this on my carpet, and it is non-slip, so I put kettle bells around it not to move. Also, it depends on how heavy the weights you want to put on. I use it strictly for walking exercise in front of my telly, and use light weights. The size is perfectly big for what I wanted. Also maybe if not used with a carpet underneath, it may stay out? I've not tried it that way. But I'm happy with my purchase.

Will this stay put during Hiit workouts on laminate?

We've really enjoyed the mat and very pleased with quality. Larger size means you can move more and it's not too thick so you can keep your balance. At our home it's on wood flooring (not laminate) so can't promise but I would say it's really likely to stay put. More likely than others. (I've quite a few yoga mats over the years.)

Can 2 people use this mat?

Yes, it's big enough for two people to use it. I just tried it with my sister and I on it at the same time. I hope this helps.

Does it reduce noise when doing jump-ropes/etc? Wanted to be less of a nuisance to neighbors down below.

It reduces noise for me when I've done dance workouts on it. I don't have carpets so didn't want to annoy my neighbors downstairs too much - and working out on this mat does seem to reduce the noise for me.
