AcuRite 06016RM Weather Stations Editorial Review
The AcuRite 06006M Color Display for 5-in-1 Weather Sensors is a standalone display unit that shows various weather data including wind chill temperature, heat index, dew point, indoor temperature/humidity, and rainfall rate (rain per hour) in the yellow Weather Select area on the left side of the display. The display is compatible with the 5-in-1 weather station model 06006 and other models as well. Customers are required to purchase the AcuRite Access model 09155M to enable remote monitoring, as the display needs a direct USB connection to the computer. The display does not have an auto-dim feature, and it is relatively large and bright, making it unsuitable for use in dimly lit areas. Customers have reported mixed experiences, with some experiencing difficulties with installation and obtaining a clear view of the display. Others have found the device to work well when properly installed.
