    Answer : Hi, I wear it under the Olay spot 25 regenerist during the day. I wear it under the Olay retinol 24 max night cream. I am sorry I cannot answer the oily skin part. Rarely do I have any breakouts when I use them all together. I hope this helps.

    Answer : It probably would. I do not have puffy eyes, and I only wanted to moisturize my eyes. It seemed to pull my skin tight and not moisturize at all, but was very drying. So since it pulled my skin tight, it may help with puffy eyes.
