The Pelican Getaway 100 HDII Recreational Pedal Kayak is a great purchase for anyone looking for an efficient way to paddle a kayak on the water. The kayak is lightweight and easy to maneuver, making it great for any fun outing. The HyDrive II works well after a slight adjustment and it has a convenient single pull rope rudder deployment. It tracks well and is stable enough to stand up on while fishing. It is fast and easy to get around the lake, and comfortable to sit in even for long periods. Its only downside is that the sides outside of the drive adapter are weak. However, it can be turned into a complete fishing kayak with some minor modifications. Overall, it is easy to put together and transport, and highly recommended for anyone who wants to have fun on the water.
