The customer service has been reported to be helpful, and the tool can be used via Bluetooth, allowing for under hood and vehicle diagnostics. However, some customers have reported issues with faulty tools or poor battery life. The tool's software updates are referred to as 2023, although they are still the same hardware as 2022. Some buyers expressed disappointment with this lack of updates to hardware.
