While it does do a decent job of amplifying sound that I cannot hear without it, the ever-present ringing persists. You might have better luck that I have at it masking the tinnitus.

Your IPhone does have hearing aid setting check your phone under settings u will find (hearing aid settings) click that u will be amazed at the quality of sound!

How is volume adjusted?

There is a vary small screw on the end of the hearing aid that you adjust up or down. Use the small screwdriver that is on the brush that came with the Atom Pro hearing aids. Turn the screw clockwise to increase the volume and counterclockwise to decrease the volume.

The Audien ATOM PRO Wireless Rechargeable Hearing Amplifier is a premium comfort design that is nearly invisible when worn. The lithium ion battery has a life expectancy of about 3-5 years and is rechargeable. The volume is easily adjustable with a small screw on the end of the hearing aid that can be turned clockwise to increase the volume and counterclockwise to decrease the volume. Unfortunately, Bluetooth is not a feature that this product offers at this time. The hearing aids have received mixed reviews from customers. Some claimed that they had better clarity than their $7,000 hearing aids and they were a great price for the quality. Others found that the hearing aids were too big for their ears and would fall out or could not get the volume to eliminate the loud buzzing. Overall, it seems that the product works well for hearing, but some people need a more personalised fit.
