    Answer : No, it doesn't use K-Cup pods. You can use ground coffee for brewing instead.
  • Question : What is the voltage range for this product?
    Answer : The product voltage range is 110V.
  • Question : What is the capacity of the single-serving side?
    Answer : You can brew up to 14 oz. into a cup or travel mug on the single-serving side.
  • Question : Can you fill the water reservoir full and only use it for the single serve side or does it have to have just amount of water you want for each cup?
    Answer : You fill your cup with the amount of water you want, pour it in the machine, and push the button.
  • Question : Can it use k cups
    Answer : No KCups. The manual says to use coffee pads.
  • Question : Does the travel cup come with it
    Answer : No, the travel cup is not included.
  • Question : Does the programmable feature work with the single cup feature also or just with the pot side?
    Answer : It works on both, just slide the button to whichever one you want to program.
  • Question : Is there a plate that keeps the coffee warm in the pot?
    Answer : There is one that keeps the coffee hot on the 12 cup side, with an automatic shut off after two hours. There is none on the one to one and a half cup side.
  • Question : Is it possible to use a Melita or other paper filter (and finely ground coffee) in either or both sides of this pot?
    Answer : We use standard paper filters in the full-pot side, the single cup side has its own wire filter which works well.
  • Question : Can you use a standard coffee mug when making a single cup? Photos show a tall travel mug.
    Answer : Yes almost any mug or cup will fit.
  • Question : Does it have a plastic smell?
    Answer : No smell to me plastic or otherwise.
  • Question : Is it made in the USA?
    Answer : The box says China.
  • Question : Will a 16 oz Thermos brand mug fit underneath the single serve side?
    Answer : The coffee maker on the single serve side will only accommodate 14 oz. of liquid or else it will overflow.
