There is no maximum height requirement, and it has a battery compartment that is located underneath the toy station. The wheels are not rubber, but there are some rubber bars on the bottom for better grip on surfaces. However, it cannot be used as a stationary chair, and there isn't a belt to secure the baby in the seat. The toy steering wheel is challenging to turn for the baby, and the lion toy does not move. The assembly takes longer than expected, but it folds down, making it easy to store. The walker is lightweight and perfect for babies to move around. Customers seem to enjoy using it and it appears to be a great value.
