This Padarsey Replacement DC-in Power Magsafe Board is compatible with MacBook Pro Unibody A1278, A1286, and A1297 series from 2009-2012, which was helpful when a MacBook would not charge due to a DC-in board problem. One customer who recently completed replacing their MacBook's keyboard discovered this issue and tried various methods to resolve it, but only replacing the DC-in Power Magsafe Board solved the problem. Even though the old charging board looked normal, it no longer worked. However, with some tutorials on the internet and a few simple tools, it was not a difficult fix. This is not an original OEM Apple part but fits MacBook Pro well.
