It arrives slightly smushed but can easily be fluffed out. The stems are easy to arrange in a pot or planter. While the product cannot be removed from its pot, it can be put into another pot. Some customers received plants that looked different from the picture or arrived damaged, but replacements were available. Overall, customers are happy with their purchase and the convenience of not having to water or replace an actual plant.
