It's the same color, it's made nice and beautiful color. Yes it matches only thing is it runs small. If you have a medium dog get large. Large dog get x large... I love it just the harness doesn't really fit my dog. It's tight on her. Other than that, it's nice tbh

I have a 17 pounds shih tzu and o was wondering if Medium size fits her well or should I get Small?

My little guy is 10 lbs and the small fits him perfect. I would go with a med for a 17lb shih tzu. They fit to size for sure. Theres no room for adjustment.

How big is the puppy and what all were you planning on using it for and for how long? I would say the size you get would depend on some of those answers. The medium is plenty big enough for our shih tzu puppy (I know he’s much smaller than yours will be) I was going to use it in place of a kennel. He has plenty of room to play and sleep. Our older dog has a round bed approx 32” and it fits inside the medium easily
