  • Question : What is the weight it can hold?
    Answer : It can hold up to 33 lbs.
  • Question : What is the recommended thickness of the desk?
    Answer : 0.4” to 3.3” with clamp and 0.4” to 1.9” with grommet.
  • Question : Does it have cable management?
    Answer : Yes, it has clear cable management.
  • Question : Will this fit the 34 lbs s3220dgf curved dell monitor?
    Answer : I currently have a 49’ Samsung CHG90 that’s 33.1 lbs and it’s holding .... barely. I had to squeeze the crap out of the bolt to keep the screen from tilting downwards but it is holding with 33 pounds. I’m not certain if an extra pound would make a difference or not but considering how difficult it was for me to get the 33 pounds to work for me, I’m not quite sure about 34 pounds.
  • Question : Can this fit and hold a 35” sceptre curves monitor?
    Answer : It holds my 49 inch Samsung CRG9 quite well, so I’d think the 35 inch would be fine.
  • Question : Is this available for a vesa 300x200 plate?
    Answer : Unfortunately, the STAND-V101G1 is not available for a VESA of 300x200.
  • Question : My desk has a frame underneath the tabletop, will this be able to be installed properly?
    Answer : The answer is "perhaps". The bottom of the grommet connection has a large plate which is 4.5" x 2.75 " (NOTE: recommended desktop thickness ranges from 0.4” to 3.3” with clamp and 0.4” to 1.9” with grommet). If you are needing to use the clamp, I assume you can use a scrap of 1" thick wood on the other side of the bolt and tightened down. This in effect made the frame and scrap a "flat surface" for the grommet plate to tighten against).
  • Question : Can I safely have an Odyssey g9 on here?
    Answer : The only stand we recommend to use with the Samsung G9 series currently is STAND-V100D. STAND-V100D has come out more recently and will support your monitor no problem.
  • Question : Is the 23" height range from the middle of the bracket or from the top/bottom screw holes?
    Answer : This is from the center of the tilt bracket.
  • Question : Do I have to make a hole on my desk for the bottom screw?
    Answer : If you do not have a grommet hole on your desktop, you will have to make one to use the grommet base option.
  • Question : Do you know the distance in the bottom clamp?
    Answer : The distance from holes to the back edge of the clamp for the STAND-V101G1 is 40MM.
  • Question : I am a tall user and need the lower vesa screws to be 17 inches above the desktop. Will this adjust that high?
    Answer : This mount does have a reach of 23.5" tall. It depends on where the VESA pattern is located on the mount.
  • Question : Where can I purchase the adapter that attaches the monitor to the arm?
    Answer : No adapter needed for most monitors, they will have the screw holes in the back. If the monitor requires a unique mount you will have to check with the monitor manufacturer.
