620 and 621 are msg. Parmesan cheese has msg. Mushrooms have msg. Soy sauce has msg. All naturally occurring. You should be made aware you’ve been consuming it without knowing. I think it is either a psychological reaction or some other ingredient that causes the symptom/s. You can make your own as well if it really bothers you. I suggest buying the Korean roasted chilli powder (flakes) gochugaru as the base because it’s not as spicy compared to other chili flakes.

I don’t believe so. The only fat ingredients are corn oil and sesame oil.
