- Question : Does this product come with steel strings?Answer : This one comes with steel strings, But we do have models with nylon, Fuller's Guitar 713-880-2188
- Question : Does it have a curved or flat fretboard?Answer : Mine has a beautiful radiused (curved) rosewood fretboard that plays like a dream. The neck is smooth, fast, and very responsive to the even most gentle caress.
- Question : Does it have adjustable truss rod?Answer : Yes, it does have an adjustable truss rod.
- Question : Does it play well with nylon strings?Answer : Nylon string guitars require a different type of bridge. This guitar is not made to be used with nylon strings.
- Question : What string gauge should I use to tune this in drop D?Answer : For general playing, and even alternate tunings, I would recommend medium gauge Phosper-Bronze strings.
- Question : Is the exotic wood version different in tone than the regular version?Answer : It's doubtful that it's much different in tone, they use laminate. It's a looks thing.
- Question : Will a hard case made for a Little Martin work for this guitar?Answer : The short answer is - we can't say.
- Question : Has anyone found a decent soft case that fits this guitar?Answer : The Road runner little brat bag $59.99 at guitar center - it fits the guitar perfectly.

YAMAHA APXT2EW TBS Acoustic-Electric Guitars Editorial Review
The Yamaha APXT2 is a 3/4 size guitar that is comfortable to play, even for those with smaller hands. It has a steel string and radiused rosewood fretboard that is smooth and fast. The guitar has an adjustable truss rod and holds tune well with its built-in tuner. However, some customers have reported issues with the fingerboard being stained or painted, and the guitar going out of tune often. Despite this, the APXT2 is a good value, great for travelling, and suitable for casual players, beginners, and apartment dwellers.
