It says 1,000 mg or 77% of the daily requirement for calcium, but that's for 5 tablets. The tablets are huge, so I'm going to try to find something similar next time.

Are there any of the ingredients sourced from China?

I'm not to sure as where the ingredients are from. It doesn't say on the bottle. I stopped taking them. Please see below: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Cellulose Silica, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Glycerin, Titanium Dioxide (color).

Is this product suitable for vegetarians?

As I understand, yes it is suitable for vegetarians. The calcium and magnesium both are from plant and mineral sources. The vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) though, may be derived from lanolin*, which is a product from sheep's wool.
