The Orienteering Compass is a good beginner item for a good price. It is suitable for camping, hiking, and other outdoor activities. The compass is waterproof and has dimensions of 4 inches x 2.4 inches. The product works well in providing an accurate reading, and the red arrow points towards magnetic north (000 degrees magnetic), and the white points to its reciprocal (180 degrees magnetic). The camping compass is not accurate in some cases and may be off by up to 40 degrees. The product is easy to carry and comes with a visible color that makes it easy to spot if it gets lost.
