Whole foods contain fiber, which can be subtracted when calculating net carbs. Formula: total carbs – fiber = net carbs. In this case, 15 total carbs - 14 fiber = 1 net carb. Hope this helps!

I thought based on fiber content those calories aren’t supposed to be listed on the label?Answer : The crackers are high fiber snacks but they still do contain calories, mainly from the almond flour. The high fiber content provides volume and takes longer to digest, making you feel full longer on fewer calories.
