It is only a mat and not designed to act as a hand/wrist cushion for people who need that support to address carpal tunnel. The Logitech Desk Mat pairs well with the playful Logitech POP Mouse and mechanical Logitech POP Keys with customizable emoji keys. It is great for working or playing comfortably, and it is useful for keeping everything in its place. However, it is not thick, and it may not be as comfortable for long sessions.
