- Question : Is the frame open on 3 sides for inserting the photo, or just one?Answer : The frame is open on three sides.
- Question : I'm assuming you can use this frame horizontally or vertically, correct??Answer : I use it both horizontally and vertically, but note 3 of the 4 sides are open. The fit is tight so that regardless of position, my pictures don't slide out.
- Question : How many millimeters thick are these? 1mm 2mm 3mm?Answer : While I don’t know how many ml’s thick these frames are, I have found them to be quite sturdy and good quality. They are not cheap and flimsy. I’m very satisfied with these frames!
- Question : Does it come with the magnet in the back or does the magnet come on the side?Answer : The magnets are attached to the middle of the back. I would not buy these frames again because they do not hold photos securely. They slide out!
- Question : Can these be mounted to a wall?Answer : We have had customers buy this frame and add double sided tape to the back where the magnet is and attach it to the wall. Without tape or some other product to stick to the wall, it will not mount to anything but a magnetic surface as purchased.
- Question : It says a pack of 10. Is that correct?Answer : Yes, there is a 10 pack option.
- Question : My frames are not uniform in size and part of the photo hangs over. I really need these for a craft show tomorrow so can I return part of the order?Answer : I don't know.
- Question : Do you have frames for smaller size photos?Answer : We can make any size frame, not sure what size you are after, or quantity, but I am sure we could help.
- Question : Will I receive 10 frames for $12.95? Are the frames hard or soft?Answer : If you select the package of (10) frames, 1 set is 10 frames. The frames are hard acrylic. We sell packs of 10, 50, and 150. Thanks
