Solimo Maxi Pads are a good quality and affordable option for people during their periods who have a medium to heavy flow. They are 9.45 inches long and individually wrapped to be portable. They are equivalent in thickness to Always Extra Heavy Overnight Size 5 Pads. The adhesive is strong and keeps them securely in place. However, they are not designed for incontinence, and some customers have reported that they bunched up in use.
