Fact: ozone can only be produced at wavelengths below 240nm. so based on the answers given by the sellers how does this possibly generate ozone?

It does not produce ozone. I have 3 of these bulbs and I have an ozone generator. This light bulb does not produce ozone as far as i can tell. It does smell fresh and clean when sanitized and is similar to ozone.

I tested it at 120 V. Not sure about 220V. But it is not a germicidal lamp. Does not produce UV-C. It is fake.

The remote control does not turn the light on or off. Brand new batteries, light on remote lights up. Can you provide any troubleshooting steps?

You might have an issue with lamp contacts in socket. I had an intermittent contact problem too, but returned this lamp because it is not UV-C as claimed.

Half of the remote controls that control the disinfection lamp are universal. You can also ask the store where you sell the remote.

Is the ozone produced by this light harmful to humans and animals?

There is no disenfectant effect to harm even a mold spore or single germ. It's a fake, with no UVC output.
