This waist trainer is made of latex and has plastic bones inside. it is not visible under clothes and the torso reaches down to the pelvic bone. The customer reviews show that the sizing for this product is not accurate and it is recommended to size up. Many customers had problems with the quality of the product, such as broken hooks, and some even reported that the waist trainer only lasted for one use.
