There is an output port on the back of the receiver that can be connected to the speaker.

I purchased two units to use 16 mics at the same time. how can i put 8 mics on channel a and the other 8 on channel b to be used at the same time?

You can tune the microphone to a different frequency and it will work.

Can you talk two or more mics at same time?

Yes, as long as the frequencies are different and there is no interference, you can use the microphones at the same time.
