    Answer : Our Baklava are made and shipped daily. Since we never use any kind of preservatives and additive in our baklava, they cannot stay long in a room temperature (because of milk used) more than 3-5 days after opening. You can store it in a fridge for a longer lifetime, even longer in a freezer. Whenever you would like to consume it after refrigeration, you may heat it a bit in an oven in case sugar is frozen. Unlike other brands, we never use preservatives, addictive or colorants so that they do not last for month(s) or year(s).

    Answer : All ingredients listed in the bullet points already. Our Premium Ingredients: Chestnut, Water, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid). All Natural Ingredients with NO Preservatives, NO Additives, and NO Colorant. Only 4 ingredients. We never use high fructose corn syrup or similar unhealthy ingredients in our products. The sugar comes from sugar beet.
