How is the stretchy ball rope supposed to hook the lower net to the fiberglass rod? It isn't long enough or the net strap is too short.

I had some challenges too but was eventually able to get it to fit. I think I went back and looked at the instructions and followed the steps but it took quite a bit of muscle and you had to bend the rods to get it connected. It is designed to have the rods under a lot of tension but that also makes it challenging to assemble.

Its about 4 feet tall and about 5 feet in length and maybe 3 feet wide...its a good size for older kids and even adults. Need to pass into the net with a solid ground pass for a good return volley

Can it be folded flat without having to reassemble every time?

Hello, This product needs to be dismantled after each use.

Would this work for waterpolo dry land practice?

This is more of a ground pass to volley pass back..throwing directly into the net will direct the ball to the ground

Can you play lacross with it

Hello, this product hasn't been designed with lacross in mind, and has not been tested for it either. However I don't see why the large rebound net wouldn't also work for lacross training.

Why does video for installing the net not match what happens during actual setup? I returned 1 set thinking the net size was wrong but 2nd one same.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you have had trouble with the set-up of your Tekkers Trainer. Our design team have the following advice for set-up: Do not attach the large net first. Doing so pulls the base poles inwards slightly and causes these poles to splay outwards on the other side (that the ground pass net attaches to) and prevents the ground pass net from being attached. Attached the ground pass net first. Make sure the sleeves of the ground pass net are bunched at the bottom of the upright poles, before attaching the 2nd pole. The set-up video has a couple of steps that are slightly different to the instructions manual so please follow this for easier set-up. The QUICKPLAY Soccer Tekkers Trainer is a good-sized training tool suitable for older kids and adults. It is not just for soccer but works well for water polo and football. It comes with instructions for installation which are a bit different from the video but with some patience, the assembly process should not be a problem. The lower net is perfect for straight shooting and passing while the larger side helps in practicing ball control and aiming. The product is portable but needs to be dismantled after use.
