Does having 2 HDMI ports mean the software supports dual monitors?

You can with Win10 but it sucks. It is better to use a multiple screen software like Actual Multiple Monitors or DisplayFusion which both allow you total control over how all your screens works and how programs works within a specific screen. Windows update can cause problems, so it is recommended to download a fresh copy of Win10 from Microsoft and reinstall Win10 by flash drive deleting everything off the SSD and then later updating all the drivers.

Does this computer have a 3.5-inch line-in jack?

The TC 895 UA92 with the six core intel, 12GB solid-state drive model version does have a line in. The line in is on the back of the computer panel on the bottom right underneath the ethernet port.

What is the RAM configuration?

This PC has 1x8 memory. When purchased, it came with 12GB using an 8GB and a 4GB stick.

Can you connect a VGA monitor on a new computer?

You may need to buy an HDMI to VGA adapter because the TC-895-UA91 does not have a VGA output port. It has two HDMI output ports. You could also buy a new video display card that has a VGA output port but that would cost more. You can get an HDMI to VGA adapter for less than $10.

Which version of Windows does this computer come with?

Windows 10 Home is on the computer, but it is very limited. It tells users to activate Windows for full features, but when they try to activate it, it says it can't activate it.

What graphics card can I update it with?

Currently, it is hard to find a PSU upgrade for the TC-895. The power supply on the Acer would have to be upgraded to power a newer graphics card. Acer couldn't even answer that question.

Yes. Printers are compatible with most any Windows Operating System computer.

Can I use a USB C to DisplayPort adapter to run my 4k 60Hz monitor or do I need to slot in a DisplayPort capable GPU?

You should be able to, but it is recommended to check with the monitor vendor to verify this.
