- Question : I have 250 feet of eaves around our house. consequently, i need 8 sets of lights. how many can i connect together in a single string?Answer : You can connect a maximum of 3 strands of the 400 LED icicle lights together.
- Question : What are the lengths of the drops?Answer : The drops are between 12" & 30".
- Question : What wattage?Answer : The lights have a wattage of 30V 6W.
- Question : Does the whole strand go out if one bulb goes out?Answer : No, the entire strand does not go out when a light burns out.
- Question : Is there any way to contact the sellers?? I just hung up the string lights and one entire string is completely out.Answer : Each string has a timer, check it for malfunction. The timers on mine are cantankerou.
- Question : Do they all need to be controlled individually, or will the first controller control three connected together?Answer : One controller can control all connected sets of lights.
- Question : How do the lights know when to come on? It says 6hours on, 18hours off....Answer : The controller that plugs into the power source has a white button. Push that for 3 seconds until it turns green, that starts the 6 hour on/18 hour off timer.
- Question : Will these work with Alexa?Answer : Yes, you can connect them to an Alexa smart outdoor plug for Alexa control.
- Question : These lights will be plugged into switched 120V outlet. Will lights turn on to their previous mode upon power or do I need the remote to turn on?Answer : The lights revert to cycling through all modes when turned back on.
