Package says to store in refrigerator but it comes unrefrigerated. How long can I keep on my shelf? I don’t have a ton of room in my fridge.

We ask to keep the drinks refrigerated over time to maintain the quality of prebiotics & probiotics inside. If you’re unable to store wildwonder in the fridge upon receiving the drinks, please store them in a cool and dark place (away from direct sunlight) and refrigerate when you can.

What are actual ingredients? Need refrigeration?

wildwonder is organic certified and gluten free.

Is this actually fermented like Kombucha?

This isn’t a Kombucha and it’s not fermented. wildwonder fresh brews the herbs (in the case of Guava Rose, fresh brews rose petals), extracts prebiotics (e.g. fiber) from botanicals and herbs, and infuses with a stable strain of live probiotics. Unlike most probiotic strains on the market, the Bacillus probiotic strain in wildwonder can actually withstand the harsh environment of the stomach acid and reaches the gut.

Whats makes it fizzy? I hate sparkling drinks can you make this flat?

This is effervescent. It’s not as carbonated as a soda but similar to the fizziness of a Kombucha.
