- Question : Are the bars of soap individually wrapped when shipped?Answer : The single bars come in individual boxes, unwrapped inside. 4 and 8 packs of our soaps are packed together, also unwrapped.
- Question : Do these soaps contain coconut oil or coconut derivatives?Answer : This soap does not contain coconut, however, the machinery used in production does produce other soaps that use coconut oil and/or derivatives.
- Question : Why do I not see shea butter in the list of ingredients on the packaging on the soap I received?Answer : We apologize for the confusion. The soaps you received were manufactured with Shea butter. The packaging has recently been revamped to include the addition of Shea butter to the bars in the ingredients list.

The Australian Botanical Soap Goat's Milk with Soya Bean Oil is a natural ingredient soap that comes in a pack of 4, each weighing 6.6 oz or 193g. This soap is suitable for all skin types as it is enriched with shea butter. The pack contains four different scents - Goats Milk with Raspberry, Manuka Honey with Jojoba Oil, Pink Lychee with Pawpaw Extract, Vitamin C with Valencia Orange. The soaps are naked, meaning not individually wrapped, to save on packaging waste. The soap bars are made with pure plant oils and Goats Milk with Raspberry is the only soap with milk. The product is produced in a facility that could use corn or corn by-products in the production of other products, but none of the soaps contain corn or corn by-products. Some customers have experienced issues with packaging, as the soaps tend to rub against each other during shipping and handling, causing powder from the soap to appear on the box and other soaps. However, the product itself has received highly positive feedback from customers. Many have praised it for its moisturizing effect, long-lasting properties and the different scents available.
