I have used Advil PM for years, sorry, I did not know there is an expiration date on this product. I did not see this on the one I received recently.

I cut in half, so I'd guess no problem crushing them. Sleep well.

It does not say anywhere on the label that Advil PM contains soy. Advil PM Liqui-Gels contains a wheat derivative, and are not gluten-free. You should check with your doctor if you have any concerns about taking this product.
