It has a removable back and battery, which allows the replacement of the battery when it's time. The seller provided a new phone swiftly, and the packaging was also good. The phone comes with a phone case and a screen protector, which is a plus point. The pricing for the phone is just right, which makes this phone an excellent purchase at this price point. However, a few customers have reported issues with the sim card and heating problems with the phone. The packaging and delivery are not discussed in the reviews.
