I have this hope and i love it. however the end that i cut the little stopper thing keeps flying off. anyway to prevent this?

Yes! Same happened to me. In the bag, you will find small silver screws that you can put on the side that you cut to seal it off from the loop hole. This will keep the rope from coming out of the handle.

Can I use the ropes outside?

I use mine outside. It should be noted that outside use without a mat will eventually fray the coating on the cable but the cables are easily replaced and very durable.

Will this be long enough for a man over 6 foot?

This jump rope is not long enough 6’4. I’m thinking of returning it. You can trim it shorter but you can not go longer.
