The tiara is gorgeous. It's worth the price. It is something you can keep for a very long time.

I doubt it, but why would you ever put it on a 2 year old in the first place? How long do you think it would actually stay on there?

I do not remember the exact packaging. The item broke the first day we got it.

Would this fit a two year old?

No. It's much too big. I hope that helps!

Will this fit a 1 year old?

It would fit a 1-year old however, it is heavy--made quite well--and it might hurt her head. It has side combs in it as well that might be uncomfortable for a baby.
