- Question : Is the water bottle safe for children?Answer : Yes, it is safe and hygienic with the use of food-grade liquid silicone and plastic cap.
- Question : Can I clean it in the dishwasher?Answer : No, it is not recommended to clean it in the dishwasher. It is recommended to soak in boiling water for 10 minutes for thorough cleaning.

- Question : Is this like a normal water bottle? Is it stable standing or flimsyAnswer : It is not as stable as a normal water bottle. On a scale of 1 to 10 with a metal water bottle like a HydroFlask being a 10 and a thicker Dasani/Poland Springs being a 5, this would be about a 3 for stability and security. Also, it is not leakproof. The cap comes off very easily.
- Question : Does the seller sale cap replacement? I bought mine and didn’t get a chance to use it the cap fell of my bottle at the airport.Answer : Yes, they now appear to sell replacement caps. The caps not being attached to the top is the fatal flaw of this product.
- Question : Can water be frozen in this, or will it misshapen? I like to freeze my water bottles and then take them when I go hiking.Answer : You can freeze water in it as long as you don’t fill to top and leave the lid off during freezing.
- Question : Where are these made?Answer : These are made in China and the material is 100% health-safe food-grade silica gel.
- Question : How sturdy is it when only half full can it go in a water bottle holder on a backpack and not squish Can it freestand while empty How easy is to fold?Answer : It collapses when trying to put in a pocket of a backpack. It does not stand on its own when full or empty. It is easy to fold.
- Question : Is it normal for the silicon band that holds that binds the bottle closed to break? Mine broke after roughly 1 month of use.Answer : It shouldn’t be normal but it happens with some bottles.
- Question : Is it possible to add a personal logo to them?Answer : It is not recommended unless you can make it small enough to fit in the triangular shapes that fold.
- Question : How leak proof is this bottle?Answer : It may leak if the center of the bottle is squeezed while drinking, but it worked well for transporting iced coffee in a backpack without any leak problems.

SPECIAL MADE Sports Water Bottles Editorial Review
This collapsible water bottle is made in China using health-safe food-grade silica gel. It is not as stable as a normal water bottle, and it ranks about 3 out of 10 in terms of stability, but is easy to fold. However, some customers report that the bottle does not stand on its own, even when empty, and it collapses while drinking. The bottle is not leak-proof and the cap comes off easily. While replacement caps are available, the cap's loose fitting is a fatal flaw in the product. The bottle does not seem to have a significant chemical smell or taste, and it is possible to freeze water in it. However, it is advisable not to fill it to the top and to remove the lid during freezing.
