The NueMedics Tens 24 TENS Unit is a great product worth every penny. It comes with six reusable electrode pads, two cords for electrodes with 2 heads each, and a charger cord. The unit has been updated to include a Constant setting, which is at the bottom of the screen and not a pattern. The pads stick great and are reusable. However, there is no screen lock to prevent accidental presses of the buttons. The plus, minus buttons do not work, and there is no belt holster included. Also, the product comes with case protects the company logo, not the screen or the buttons which is pretty disappointing. Some customers have also reported missing accessories like charger or incomplete package. Additionally, it is hard to get the device to the setting you want it, which can be frustrating. Despite these issues, customers have found the TENS unit to be small in size but mighty in its results. It has helped with sore muscles and injuries. The unit has 24 modes with two outputs; however, only one mode can be used at a time. The TENS unit can’t put output "A" on the knee and output "B" on the back. While some customers find it more like electric shocks than a massage, others find it to be effective.
