Color Wow's Pop and Lock is a serum/oil blend that provides high shine and smoothness, removes frizz, seals split ends and calms flyaways. It can be used on wet or dry hair, without leaving hair limp and oily. It does not work as an anti-humectant, but it works to control frizz on humid and rainy days. It can be applied without blow drying, and it does not create a hold like gel/hair sprays. Overall, it works well and smells really good. However, it can leave hair greasy if you use too much, and it can make hair feel heavy if applied heavily. The product is not recommended for fine hair, and it does not work like a Karatin treatment, unlike what was featured on Facebook.
