  • Question : The jewelry box came locked. Can’t even get the keys to open because the keys are locked inside
    Answer : Please note that the keys and other parts were put inside the cabinet to avoid missing in transit. The cabinet was unlocked before shipping out but it could get stuck during the transition. Please contact us for further assistance if you still cannot open it if you pull the door hard.

    Answer : Yes, the accessory kit was inside the the mirror the most you would need is a screw driver if you’re planning on having the mirror hanging

    Answer : My door is like three fingers, and it fits and there is space left. I think it is suppose to fit all door

    Answer : About 1 1/2 inches. You will need a drill to insert the anchors into the wall.
  • Question : How far down on a door does this hang? Is it easy for someone shorter to still use all the spots? The makeup mirror?
    Answer : This SONGMICS Mirror Jewelry Cabinet hangs 6.7 in/17 cm or 8.7 in/22 cm down on a door. You can adjust the height to meet your use.
