    Answer : It was very simple I Put the two long handles together putting one inside the other and twisting until tight. The I payed the mop head on the floor pushing the handle in the red opening up until you hear it click.

    Answer : You place the mop on the floor, gently place your foot on the mop and gently pull up & it should snap right off.
