Can you remove the sun shield and still have a good looking helmet to ride with?
Answer: The visor yes. The sun shield is up inside the helmet unless you bring it down over your eyes. -

Does this helmet come in the nice padded bag? Or just draw string bag?
Answer: Mine came with both, a draw string bag, and a nice padded, zipper case. -

How do you remove the visor on this helmet?
Answer: You have to first carefully pry off the plastic cover with a small flat blade, then the screw is under that. -
Question:
Can I use this helmet without the visor?
Answer: Yes. The visor comes off. A word of caution, frequently check the tightness of the screws that hold on the clear shield. I lost the screw in the middle of an eight day trip and had to completely remove the shield. -

Having difficulty getting the sun visor to drop down. The company suggests it may be off track? Anyone?
Answer: I had difficulties with mine as well, but I ride an adventure bike, and spend a lot of time and dirty, dusty roads. I just assume it was all the dust getting into the mechanisms. Mine was definitely not off track. -
Question:
Is anyone bothered by the strap buckle?
Answer: It was difficult to figure out at first, because there’s so much padding hiding the straps and buckles. Now that I’ve used it awhile it does not bother me. I love the helmet!
