Yes! This is the FIRST vacuum that the roller doesn’t need frequent “scissor” cleaning. It works great with hair and fuzz of pets.

Does anyone know if they sell a wall mount for this?

There is no wall mount provided by Shark. But you can try to make one by yourself or contact customer care for further assistance.

Yes, it is! You can buy it directly from Shark since an aftermarket battery is not available yet.

IZ662H and IZ682H are identical models except for the color and battery. The IZ682H comes with an extra battery and is actually cheaper than the IZ662H at $319. IZ662H can be returned in such a case.

Does the current product still produce electric shocks?

No, all Shark upright vacuums come with continuous grounding wires from the cleaning head to the top handle with exposed conductors where the hand rests. This prevents any buildup of electrical potential and charge buildup.

It has an IQ display that can experience issues with lighting up but can be quickly resolved. The vacuum is smooth on carpets and floors with efficient cleaning, whilst having the ability to run on 120-minute battery life. It also includes two batteries, pet multi-tool and anti-allergen dusting brush.
