Ohhh hell that’s a loaded question because I tell people if you do not know how to work with this material it will not only melt it will burn you so I feel you can but you have to know the limits of the actual plastic you’re dealing with. I buy this material a lot and frequently because I feel on one of the few people that can work with it melted so it cut it I mean everything especially glue it together because once you heat this it doesn’t melt and you have literally only microscopic amount of seconds to do whatever is it you need to do.

Could this be used for 'colorforms'?

I dont see why not. It's transparent not to thick and not adhesive of any kind.
