    Answer : Yes, it has 1 adjustable and 2 flush-mounted rod holders.
  • Question : What is the storage capacity of this kayak?
    Answer : It has a deeper tank well and a center storage hatch with bucket included for greater storage capacity.

    Answer : No, the paddle is not included with the kayak.

    Answer : You can remove the seat by removing a few screws, but there is not a molded in seat underneath it so it would not be comfortable to sit in without it.
  • Question : I’m 6 ft tall and about 265 lbs, will this support me well enough for day trips?
    Answer : I believe it will. It’s really an ice sit in kayak. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed even at 265 lbs.
  • Question : Can you attach a trolling motor?
    Answer : No, this kayak is not designed to accommodate a motor. We do have models designed for that. Look for the Manta and Sport fisher.
  • Question : How is this shipped as far as packaging to protect the kayak?
    Answer : We place cardboard supports on each end and then securely wrap the kayak in bubble wrap and protective plastic.
  • Question : If I buy this now when will I get it? There is no delivery date listed.
    Answer : Just a few days.
  • Question : What would be the best trailer cradle/carrier to use on this kayak?
    Answer : Honestly a trailer would be good, however we have had up to 4 of these in the bed of our pickup and they hauled just fine once we strapped them down.
  • Question : Where do they ship from?
    Answer : This model ships from our warehouse in Utah.

Lifetime Fishing Kayaks Editorial Review

The Lifetime Teton Angler Kayak is a great quality kayak priced under $1000. The molded-in bottle cradle in the front is a plus. The kayak has different storage compartments and is comfortable. This model cannot accommodate a trolling motor. It is shipped from Utah and is packaged well, but the paddle is not included. The kayak is relatively heavy but can be carried by two people. There are some issues with shipping as buyers have received damaged products or faced delays. However, the Lifetime Teton Angler Kayak is an upgrade from the Lifetime Tamarack and is comparable to kayaks at higher price points. It is stable and has accessories such as a paddle holder/strap, rod holders, and a ruler. Overall, it's a great fishing platform that's comfortable and well-designed.
