Question : Where is this sourced from? I fear it's from China.
Answer : All our Whey Proteins are sourced from the United States.
Question : Is this good for skin and completely grass fed?
Answer : There are many benefits of this product, all of which are subjective. Cows come from Iceland, they are 85% grass fed and the remaining is fed through a grass silage.
Question : What is the difference between this product and clean whey protein powder isolate 90%?
Answer : The main difference is the cows, they are on a special grass-fed diet.
Question : What is the isolate percentage on this? Their clean whey isolate says 90%, so is it the same? I'm concerned about lactose content.
Answer : The isolate is still 90% for Grass-Fed. The lactose in this product is >1%, but there is still lactose present in this product.
Question : Is this organic? Also, Is it still made with soy?
Answer : This product is not organic. There is <1% of soy in our whey products.
Question : Is the soy gmo free?
Answer : Most soybean crops throughout the united states have been genetically modified, therefore I would say no it is not gmo free. However, only a small amount of lecithin is needed to prevent caking and to promote solubility in liquid. You should be good to go on this one, especially if about 70%-80% of your diet in gmo free.
Question : How much is 30 grams? 2 Tablespoons? 3 Tablespoons? More?
Answer : The powder is really light, 30 grams would be 8 level Tablespoons (ones used for baking), and probably 4 heaping Tablespoons. Though the best and easiest way to measure 30g is with a food scale.
Question : Rennet that is used to make this whey, is that from animal source?
Answer : I'm not sure, but probably is. Rennet is usually taken from the cows stomach & contains chymosin, pepsin & a lipase.
Question : Has this product been tested for heavy metals?
