- Question : If treatment (steam) time is approx. 15 minutes, how does the vapopad last for 8 hours? is the inhaler plugged in and on the whole time?Answer : For steam inhalers, we only advise using them for 15 minutes at a time. Once you are done, please unplug them. The VapoPads, however, can be used in waterless vaporizers and many of our regular humidifiers, all of which have very long run times. These VapoPads can last for up to 8 hours after the individual package has been opened.
- Question : Can this be used with V745?Answer : These cannot be used with the V745A, as there is no slot for them.
- Question : Do these refills fit in Pediacare Gentle Vapor?Answer : Yes
- Question : If I dont use it for some months and it dont removed from pack, will it expire after some time?Answer : As long as the little envelope is airtight, the VapoPads should not lose their strength over time.
- Question : How to use in model V1200?Answer : There are slots in the V1200 near the steam vents for the VapoPads.
- Question : Will these refills fit into a pfizer sudacare vapor plug?Answer : We do not manufacture these to specifically fit into any other brand plug-ins or humidifiers. We can only suggest using them in Vicks Products.
- Question : Will it fit into a Crane inhaler 5948?Answer : These were only manufactured to fit in Vicks Humidifiers. We would advise contacting the manufacture of the Crane inhaler to see if these pads will fit.
- Question : How long does one pad lastAnswer : Each pad will last for up to 8 hours from when the individual packaging is opened.
- Question : We usually drop vicks into water and boil. then put towel over head and lean over steaming vicks/water. can these be used on a rack on top of pot?Answer : We would advise against using these strips for that purpose. They are like a 1x2” flat disk that slides into a slot on the wall plug-in. They have a scent, but not a gel like in the jars.

The VapoPads can last up to 8 hours once the individual package has been opened. However, it is important to note that they are not suitable for infants under 10 pounds. While they may not fit other brand plug-ins or humidifiers, they are perfect for Vicks products.
