How good is the replay? Is it really a fresh start each play?

Pretty good I'd say. There are four boards that connect together and each board has its own deck of 30(?) or so cards. Each board you'll only go through 4-6 cards typically -- so the encounters should be fairly different each time. At the end you fight 1 of 4 different bosses to (you choose which one at the start of the game). And lastly there are 4 characters to choose from at the start, and each character has 2-4 choices you can make to flavor things a little differently.

How does it compare with with the d&d adventure system cooperative play board games, including castle raven loft and wrath of ashardalon?

This product is for kids and absolute beginners. It's designed to be easy, light and fun. Big laughs. It's not like the big dungeon boxed sets like Raven Loft, etc.

Why is the box art in spanish? is the game sold in english? thanks!

It was in English when I purchased it.

Does this combine with with the other D&D board games/expansions?

No, this is a standalone stripped down easy to play adventure. Lots of fun for friends who dont want to get into real D&D but want a fun adventure.

Is it possible to play this with more than 4 players?

The game is designed for 2-4 players.
