    Answer : I don’t see how. If you have the muscle strength to stay upright, then maybe it might help with more core exercises. But it is not a flotation device. You need core strength for balance.

    Answer : I am NOT a snorkeler so I don't know. It works great in the pool so depending on how much you weigh, it should keep you afloat.

    Answer : The foam material does not sink. It will keep you afloat as long as you hold on to it. These are light weight and easy to maneuver for water exercise.
  • Question : Does this belt work for general safety in a pool, on someone that weighs about 220 lbs & kinda thick around the middle?
    Answer : No, it is not a life vest. It gives just enough buoyancy for walking or aerobic exercises in the pool.
  • Question : Does this belt stay in place? Another one I bought creeps up.
    Answer : The belt stays in place.

The belt is comfortable to wear, easy to put on, and works great for many water workouts. This belt is recommended for adults and may not work well for weak or non-swimmers. Additionally, it may not be suitable for all body types and may require a velcro belt that goes between the legs. The Aqua Fitness belt may be useful for individuals recovering from back surgery or for those who need to do some upright exercises. However, it is not recommended for snorkeling or as a general safety tool in deep water.
