In my opinion Claritin is useless. This is an antihistamine. If you have congestion try Mucinex or generic Guafenisin to clear it out. All in all the best daily treatment is to clean your nose with Saline.

Xyzal contains propylene glycol. This medicine contains 350mg propylene glycol in each per ml (or 20 drops), which is equivalent to 6.03 mg/kg/day per adults and to 19.44 mg/kg/day for children under 6 years old.

Is this product made in the U.S. or India? Bought one at local store, it was from India and did not work half the time.

I don't know. I've taken this allergy med for several years and it works pretty well for me. But if you found it only works half the time, the chances are you need to switch allergy meds. I've switched mine up every few years, as they can stop working after awhile.
