    Answer : In my set the blue is heavy and the orange is extra heavy. The orange one definitely has more tendon than the blue one.

    Answer : They are rubber like a rubber band. I have never put them in water.
  • Question : Are these latex free?
    Answer : Leaflet says to keep away from person allergic to latex.....apparently NOT latex free.
  • Question : Is the extra light level about 2-4 pound resistance and 5-8 pound resistance for the light level?
    Answer : I found the bands were too small and unusable. The bands rolled and did not stay flat for use.
  • Question : What country are these made in?
    Answer : Probably China.
  • Question : Can these be used by 8-10 year olds?
    Answer : You could but they would be a little big - my daughter used these and she is 16.
  • Question : What are the weights and thicknesses of the bands?
    Answer : The bands are labeled from very light to very heavy. They do not have weight amounts. They are not as thick as the ones my trainer uses, but they are used twice a week as part of my Zoom workout and are still like new after a year.
  • Question : How long are they in the round? And or laying flat
    Answer : 20 inch circumference, 6.5 inch diameter and 10 inches laying flat.
  • Question : Any differences other than length between these mini bands & the other fitsimplify bands (asin b09cz3l3kj)?
    Answer : Tension is the difference.
