The Classic Heartwood Djembe Drum is a handmade, solid-wood percussion instrument from Ghana, West Africa. It has natural goat skin and is tuned to sound excellent right out of the box. The drum is playable and suitable for children and adults, but a larger drum would be advised for proper West African djembe technique. There may be slight variations in size due to being a handmade instrument, but this doesn't affect sound or playability. The drum has received positive reviews for its quality and sound.
