    Answer : I would order a size up. I have found that all Columbia pants and shorts run small, an entire size smaller than label. If I were you I would order 36×32

    Answer : I think they will be too heavy for your climate. They are quick drying but the fabric is sturdy. I live in Texas but bought them to wear out west for wading cold streams.

    Answer : Absolutely not, unless you were some type of under armor stretch leggings underneath. They breath super easy and are super comfortable. Not meant for warmth.

The Columbia Men's Rapid Rivers Pant is a great addition to any man's wardrobe. It comes in a variety of colours and sizes, making it easy to find one to suit your style. The length runs true and they have very deep pockets which make them perfect for carrying work tools around, as well as keeping personal items safe. The material is lightweight and breathable, making it suitable for hot weather conditions such as those found in Southern California. The pants have a more roomy fit and are more of an outdoor look than a slim fit.
